WHY OUR PRESSURE WASHING IS DIFFERENT

Soft washing is a cleaning technique that uses low pressure combined with specialised cleaning solutions, typically a mix of bleach, water, and sometimes a surfactant, to safely eliminate mildew, bacteria, algae, and other organic stains from roofs and building exteriors.

This method is gentler compared to traditional high-pressure power washing. In fact, the Asphalt Roofing Manufacturers Association recommends using low-pressure bleach or detergent-assisted cleaning for asphalt roofs to avoid causing damage to the shingles.

Soft washing relies on an electric agricultural sprayer to apply a biodegradable, water-based disinfectant solution. This solution effectively kills mould, mildew, bacteria, algae, fungus, and moss, ensuring that your home or building’s exterior surfaces are thoroughly cleaned without causing harm.

Our advanced soft washing system features telescoping handles, enabling us to effortlessly reach high areas like roof eaves, upper-story windows, and other elevated surfaces, all while maintaining gentle pressure to protect your property.
